About the Position:
Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a business litigation associate to join its Downtown Los Angeles office as an associate. The firm has litigated cases for businesses in every sector of the economy, with extensive experience in high-stakes antitrust, securities, and consumer class action matters.

Responsibilities:
· Manage commercial litigation cases and carry out legal research in support of client matters
· Prepare pleadings and contested motions, and take depositions
· Serve and respond to written discovery requests
· Handle complex disputes, including consumer class actions and business litigation, as well as matters involving trademarks and trade secrets

Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of complex litigation experience, including consumer class action or business disputes
· Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills

Location:
Los Angeles – Downtown, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $330,000.
