About the Position:
Our client, a global Am Law 100 Firm, is seeking a litigator to join as a mid-level associate in Chicago. This firm’s litigation practice boasts a robust client base across sectors, including financial services, life sciences, telecommunications and consumer products, and is experienced in handling multijurisdictional and cross-border disputes.

Responsibilities:
· Handle all phases of general commercial, civil, and business litigation matters
· Conduct legal research and manage legal discovery
· Draft briefs, motions, and memorandum
· Take and defend depositions

Required Qualifications:
· 4-5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas of litigation: commercial, white collar crime, enforcement actions, contract disputes, M&A, business torts
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $280,000 – $300,000.
