Responsibilities:
· Handle all phases of commercial and business litigation matters and all stages from pre-trial discovery and e-Discovery through trial

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of complex commercial/business litigation experience
· Strong litigation experience, including the discovery process and e-discovery
· Deposition, hearing and oral argument experience preferred
· Excellent academic credentials
