Our client, a highly-regarded global law firm, has an active need for a capital markets lawyer to join its practice as a mid-level associate in Chicago. Responsibilities:
· Represent underwriters, issuers and placement agents in public and private offerings
· Follow-up on public offerings, private placements, ongoing SEC filing and other securities offerings
· Advise clients on a variety of domestic and cross-border capital-raising transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of experience with capital markets transactions and SEC filing matters
· Experience with ’33 and ’34 Act matters
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $365,000.
