Responsibilities:
· Counsel companies through a range of capital markets transactions, including IPOs and secondary offerings
· Guide clients through private placement deals and bond issuances
· Advise on securitization transactions
· Support clients across the full spectrum of capital-raising activities

Required Qualifications:
· 4-7 years of experience advising companies on capital markets deals, including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, bond issuances, and securitizations
· Strong academic credentials paired with excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $275,000 – $355,000.
