Responsibilities:
· Represent issuers and investment banks in a wide variety of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on public offerings, cross-border listings, private placements, debt, equity and equity-linked issues, and ’34 Act and corporate governance matters
· Work on the securities law aspects of multi-jurisdictional acquisitions and divestitures involving public companies

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of strong capital markets experience
· Experience representing issuers and investment banks
· Experience working on a range of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on public offerings, cross-border listings, private placements, debt, equity and equity-linked issues, ’34 Act and corporate governance matters, and the securities law aspects of complex, multi-jurisdictional acquisitions and divestitures involving public companies
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $365,000.
