About the Position:
Our client, a strong international Am Law firm, is seeking a class action lawyer with strong employment litigation experience to join its Chicago office as a senior associate or counsel. Attorneys in this firm’s class actions practice have represented defendants in thousands of high-stakes state, national, and multi-district class actions, and the person in this position will focus primarily on the defense of employment-related class actions.

Responsibilities:
· Defend employers in employment discrimination cases, wage and hour claims, and EEOC/DOL matters, including class action lawsuits
· Provide legal counsel on compliance with federal and state employment laws, and assist in drafting workplace policies
Required Qualifications:
· 7 or more years of experience in employment-related and/or class action litigation
· Experience with wage and hour claims, defending employment discrimination, EEOC/DOL matters, products liability, or consumer fraud is preferred
· Excellent research and writing skills
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $350,000+.
