About the Position:
Our client, a top Am Law 50 firm with a strong international footprint, has an active need for a business/commercial litigation attorney to join its Los Angeles or San Francisco office as an associate. Responsibilities:
· Support complex litigation, arbitration, investigations, and dispute resolution matters from inception through resolution
· Conduct and defend depositions, witness interviews, and fact investigations
· Manage discovery processes
· Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, witness outlines, and other litigation-related documents
· Develop case strategy and analyze factual and legal issues
· Participate in court appearances, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and settlement negotiations

Required Qualifications:
· 2+ years of business and commercial litigation experience at a law firm (Am Law 100 firm experience preferred)
· Federal court clerkship is a plus
· Excellent academic credentials

Location:
Los Angeles or San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $390,000.
