About the Position:
We are working with an international Am Law firm that has an immediate need for a commercial finance attorney (5+ yrs) to join its corporate practice in Chicago. Responsibilities:
· Work on sophisticated finance transactions, including, acquisition finance, fund finance, healthcare finance and agented syndicated secured financings
· Draft and negotiate intercreditor agreements and other lender agreements

Required Qualifications:
· 5 or more years of experience in acquisition financing, fund finance, agented syndicated secured financings, and/or healthcare financings
· Knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC
· Strong drafting and negotiating skills
· Experience with intercreditor agreements and agreements among lenders is a plus
· Large law firm or commercial finance boutique law firm experience is preferred

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $295,000 – $300,000.
