About the Position:
Our client, one of Chicago’s top mid-size law firms, is actively seeking a mid-level commercial finance associate to join its nationally-recognized practice. This practice handles significant loan transactions annually, representing banks and financial institutions in complex financial matters, including agented and single lender secured lending transactions, mezzanine loans, leveraged acquisitions, and loan restructurings.
Required Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of commercial finance experience
· Lending experience highly preferred
· Strong academic credentials from a top law school

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $210,000 – $265,000.
