The attorneys in this highly-regarded practice represent private equity funds, underwriters, investment bankers, and lenders in complex finance transactions. · Advise buyers and sellers of businesses, private equity funds, underwriters, lenders, and investment bankers
· Manage sophisticated commercial finance transactions
· Draft loan documents

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of commercial finance experience

· Experience drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions
· Large law firm experience
· Excellent academic credentialsLocation:

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $320,000.
