Our client, an Am Law firm headquartered in Chicago, is actively seeking a commercial finance attorney with 4-6 years of experience to join its nationally recognized practice as an associate. The attorneys in this highly-regarded practice represent private equity funds, underwriters, investment bankers, and lenders in complex finance transactions. · Advise buyers and sellers of businesses, private equity funds, underwriters, lenders, and investment bankers
· Manage sophisticated commercial finance transactions
· Draft loan documents

Required Qualifications:
· 4-6 years of commercial finance experience
· Experience drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions
· Large law firm experience
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $280,000 – $320,000.
