Responsibilities:
· Represent banks and private credit funds in commercial lending transactions, particularly with companies in the technology, life sciences, and middle-market sectors
· Draft and negotiate loan agreements and related documents

Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of experience working on lender-side commercial finance matters at a large law firm
· Experience representing banks and/or private credit funds in financing transactions with technology, life sciences, and/or middle-market companies
