About the Position:
Our client, an Am Law 50 firm, has an active need for a commercial litigation attorney to join its Irvine office as an associate. The firm handles complex trial, appellate, and regulatory matters across nearly every industry, with an emphasis on trial readiness and strategy.

Responsibilities:
· Prepare motions, briefs, and supporting legal research in federal and state court matters
· Handle all phases of discovery from start to finish
· Oversee day-to-day case management and serve as a point of contact for clients
· Contribute to depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings as matters progress

Required Qualifications:
· Experience with federal and major state court litigation
· Experience across the litigation spectrum, including class action, workplace, employee benefits, data privacy, competition, securities, or environmental disputes
· Federal district or appellate clerkship experience preferred
· Experience taking depositions or handling hearings or trials is a plus

Location:
Irvine, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $365,000.
