About the Position:
Our client, a leading Am Law 50 firm, has an active need for a stellar commercial litigator to join its Chicago office as an associate. With roughly 1,200 attorneys worldwide, this practice represents clients in trial and appellate courts at the federal and state level, before administrative tribunals, and in arbitrations and other dispute resolution proceedings. Attorneys in the group have tried cases successfully to verdict or judgment in virtually every business segment and substantive area.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in all stages of complex litigation and arbitration matters, including depositions, discovery, motion practice, and developing case strategy

Required Qualifications:
· 3-6 years of complex commercial litigation experience
· Background at a large law firm (preferably Am Law)
· Excellent academic credentials and writing skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $390,000.
