Responsibilities:
· Advise clients across various industries on commercial litigation and general litigation matters
· Manage all stages of discovery, draft pleadings, argue motions, take depositions, and assist in trial

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience in a private practice setting
· Strong writing skills
· Excellent academic credentials

Location:

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $215,000 – $245,000.
