About the Position:
Our client, a global law firm with a large Chicago office, is seeking a litigator to join its prestigious practice as an associate in Chicago. Responsibilities:
· Handle all phases of complex litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
· Manage discovery, including written requests/responses and document review/production
· Conduct legal research and support case strategy across commercial disputes, class actions, and regulatory matters
· Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

Qualifications:
· 4-6 years of complex litigation experience, including discovery, brief writing, and pre-trial preparation
· Experience with one or more of the following: white collar matters, business/securities litigation, class actions, multidistrict litigation, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, or regulatory investigations
· Exposure and/or interest in the cybersecurity and data privacy practice is a plus
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 – $390,000.
