Responsibilities:
· Assist with representing clients in courts nationwide as well as before federal agencies
· Lead oral arguments
· Take and defend depositions

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of complex commercial litigation experience
· Case management experience
· Significant party and third-party discovery experience
· Strong research, writing and advocacy writing skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $240,000 – $280,000.
