Responsibilities:
· Assist with representing clients in courts nationwide as well as before federal agencies
· Take and defend depositions, appear in court, and participate in all stages of the litigation process

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of complex commercial litigation experience
· Strong research, writing and advocacy writing skills
· Case management experience
· Significant party and third-party discovery experience
