About the Position:
We are working with an elite law firm with an impactful international footprint that has an immediate need for a commercial litigation attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its practice as an associate in Chicago. Responsibilities:
· Develop litigation strategy for a range of complex commercial litigation matters
· Advise clients and individuals in various types of litigation across a broad range of industries
· Draft briefs, memoranda, correspondence, examination outlines, and other documents
· Participate in and conduct witness interviews, client meetings, and negotiations
· Analyze evidence to develop facts and strategy
· Provide direct assistance to partners and senior lawyers on day-to-day matters that arise

Required Qualifications:
· 4+ years of significant litigation experience in a law firm, with a focus on PE and hedge fund litigation
· Asset management or private debt and credit experience is a plus
· Excellent academic credentials
