Responsibilities:
· Work on all aspects of commercial litigation, from pre-trial discovery through trial
· Brief writing, including motions to dismiss, class certification motions, and summary judgment motions

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience, including discovery, motions, and trial preparation
· Experience in class action defense is a plus
· Strong proficiency in brief writing
