About the Position:
Our client, a full-service entrepreneurial Chicago law firm, is actively seeking an experienced commercial litigator to join its busy practice as a partner. This established practice group represents clients ranging from family businesses to Fortune 500 companies in a range of litigation matters including corporate and securities disputes, employment, intellectual property, and class actions. Target candidates will have 8+ years of commercial litigation experience including a heavy motion practice as well as first or second chair trial experience. No portable business is required, though business would be welcome. Federal or state clerkship experience is a plus.
