About the Position:
We are working with a high-end boutique law firm (spinoff of a large Am Law firm) that has an immediate need for experienced commercial litigators (4 plus year associates though income and equity partner) to join its Chicago based firm.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in state and federal courts in a range of sophisticated litigation matters including commercial disputes, trade secrets, commercial torts
· Hands-on litigation practice at all stages of the process, including pre-trial discovery, motion practice and substantive pleadings and briefs, depositions, etc.

Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of strong complex commercial litigation experience
· Excellent academic credentials and a strong law firm background
· Business required ($250K – 1M) for partner candidates
