About the Position:
We are working with a global Am Law 50 firm that has an immediate need for a commercial litigator with government investigations experience to join its Chicago office as a mid-level associate.

Responsibilities:
· Work closely with partners on commercial litigation matters
· Advise clients on compliance, regulatory, and enforcement matters
Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of commercial litigation and government enforcement experience, including deposition and courtroom experience as well as advising companies on compliance, regulatory, and enforcement matters
· Knowledge of mass torts, insurance coverage, complex business disputes, and class action defense is preferred
· Previous experience with matters before US regulators is preferred
· Strong academic credentials
