About the Position:
Our client, a rapidly growing boutique litigation law firm in Chicago, has an active need for an experienced (10+ years) commercial litigator to join as a Partner. This position requires some portable business, ideally $500k+, and offers an excellent opportunity to join a sophisticated and dynamic firm.

Responsibilities:
· Take the lead on all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial discovery through trial
· Draft substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs, take and defend depositions, and appear in court

Required Qualifications:
· 10+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
· Desire for a busy and sophisticated commercial litigation practice
· Portable book of business
· Excellent academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $350,000+, depending on experience and practice.
