About the Position:
Our client, a leading global law firm, is actively seeking a commercial litigation attorney to join its Chambers-ranked privacy litigation practice as an associate in Chicago. This firm has broad capabilities across complex commercial disputes and expertise in handling contractual disputes, fraud claims and class actions, among other high stakes matters. The team counts technology, energy and retail clients among its diverse base.

Responsibilities:
· Represent a broad range of business and individual clients in complex litigation matters before federal and state courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution proceedings
· Handle all stages of pre-trial litigation, including briefing, written discovery, document production, and depositions

Required Qualifications:
· 4-6 years of complex commercial litigation experience
· Interest in technology and working with clients in the tech and retail sectors
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $420,000.
