About the Position:
We are working with a highly-regarded Chicago law firm with a Chambers-ranked real estate practice that has an immediate need for an experienced real estate attorney (4+ yrs) to join as a mid-level associate.

Responsibilities:
· Work on an array of complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, title and survey review, financing, leasing, and sales and acquisitions
· Manage transactions both as a first chair and in a collaborative environment

Required Qualifications:
· 4+ years of complex commercial real estate experience, preferably in a top large or mid-size firm practice
· Experience managing real estate transactions at all stages of the process
· Strong academic credentials and the desire for a sophisticated and hands-on real estate practice
