About the Position:
Our client, a prominent global Am Law 100 firm, is actively seeking a real estate attorney to join its Chicago office. This firm’s Real Estate practice handles the full spectrum of commercial development, leasing, finance and investment matters for tenants, owners, lenders and investors, giving lawyers the opportunity to work on high-stakes, cross-border transactions and build a truly global practice.

Responsibilities:
· Counsel property owners on the purchase and sale of land
· Structure, negotiate, and close land acquisition and disposition deals at high volume
· Handle a varied caseload while working alongside teams across practice disciplines
· Partner directly with clients to understand their business goals across a broad range of transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 7+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience at a law firm
· Substantial background in acquisitions and dispositions
· Ability to manage several matters at once in a collaborative, team-based setting
· Strong academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $175,000 – $225,000.
