· Represent clients in all phases of complex commercial litigation matters, including securities litigation

Required Qualifications:
· 3 to 5 years of large law firm complex commercial and securities litigation experience
· Top academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $365,000.
