About the Position:
We are working with a Midwest-based national law firm that is seeking a mid-level associate attorney to join its growing GC practice in Chicago. Experience with tech transactions and/or supply chain matters is required. This full-service firm represents some of the most well-known corporations in the country and offers a small office atmosphere with the resources of a large law firm.

Responsibilities:
· Serve as outside general counsel to regional, national, and multi-national businesses
· Provide guidance to clients concerning contracts, cybersecurity, corporate compliance, supply chain risk management, technology transactions, and related contracts
· Handle pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries

Required Qualifications:
· 3 to 6 years of experience drafting and negotiating a range of complex commercial agreements
· Experience, or interest, in ecommerce, supply chain and logistics, software, and international investments (can be transactional and some litigation)
· A mix of in-house and large law firm experience preferred

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position starts at $205,000.
