About the Position:
Our client, a highly-regarded international law firm, is actively seeking an attorney with strong construction transactions experience to join its Chicago office as an associate. The attorneys in this national practice assist clients with both large public infrastructure procurement matters and nontraditional projects by providing advice on project structuring and by drafting and negotiating all types of construction and design agreements.

Responsibilities:
· Draft and negotiate construction contracts, EPC contracts, alternative delivery documents, supply agreements, purchase of goods contracts, service agreements, engineering agreements, and consulting agreements
· Handle a variety of other similar contracts for large-scale projects, including major energy and infrastructure projects
Required Qualifications:
· 3-6 years of construction-related transactional experience
· Experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts, EPC contracts, alternative delivery documents, supply agreements, purchase of goods contracts, service agreements, engineering agreements, and consulting agreements
· Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000 – $315,000.
