About the Position:
Our client, a boutique Chicago law firm specializing in class action litigation, is actively seeking a litigator to join its Consumer Protection Group as an associate in a remote capacity. This practice handles false advertising and deceptive practices cases, including consumer class actions involving junk fees, deceptive advertising, forever chemical contamination, and other complex commercial disputes.

Responsibilities:
· Draft complaints, substantive briefs, and other pleadings
· Assist with all phases of litigation in sophisticated consumer protection and class action matters across the country
· Work on complex federal court litigation, multidistrict litigation, and other high-profile disputes

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of large law firm commercial litigation experience
· Experience with consumer protection, false advertising, or class action litigation strongly preferred
· Strong writing and analytical skills
· Experience handling sophisticated litigation matters in federal court

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $200,000 (plus exceptionally strong annual bonus).
