Our client, a boutique Chicago law firm, is seeking a corporate attorney to join as an associate. Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance
· Draft and negotiate primary and ancillary agreements, as well as other contracts
· Assist with a variety of real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, development projects, and property sales and acquisitions
· Provide general corporate counseling

Qualifications:
· 2-8 years of broad corporate experience, including M&A, contracts, and corporate governance
· Experience and/or interest in handling real estate transactional matters, including leasing, is a plus

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $200,000.
