Our client, an international Am Law firm, is actively seeking a corporate lawyer to join its Chicago office as an associate. Attorneys in this firm’s corporate practice group handle work for major global corporations and private equity houses across every industry and the practice has been ranked as a top 10 global law firm for M&A deal volume.

Responsibilities:
· Handle a range of corporate transactional matters, including M&A, private equity, and joint ventures
· Lead M&A deals from inception through closing
· Interact with clients and opposing counsel

Required Qualifications:
· 3-7 years of corporate transactional experience
· Significant M&A experience
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $420,000.
