Our client, a sophisticated Am Law firm, has an active need for a corporate lawyer to join its Chicago office as an associate. Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate matters
· Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and ancillary transaction documents
· Handle due diligence and manage and facilitate closing transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 4-6 years of corporate transactional experience, including private equity, M&A and capital markets
· Strong academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 – $390,000.
