We are working with a premier international law firm that has an immediate need for a corporate lawyer (3+ years) to join its Chicago office as an associate. Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of private company M&A, venture capital, debt finance, and general corporate experience
· Private equity transactional experience preferred
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $230,000 – $270,000.
