Our client, a full-service Chicago law firm, is actively seeking a corporate attorney to join its highly-regarded practice as a mid to senior level associate. This top-tier practice group represents a wide range of well-known companies and investors in corporate and securities matters. Target candidates will have 4 or more years of corporate experience, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, and top academic credentials. Experience with motor vehicle and/or franchise agreements is helpful but not required. Required Qualifications:

· 4 or more years as an associate at a large law firm corporate transactions practice
· Experience drafting a full range of sophisticated transactions documents and commercial contracts
