Responsibilities:
· Work on renewable energy projects involving wind, solar power and storage, including complex transactions involving construction financing, term loan finance, and back-leverage finances
· Draft exhibit and financial/corporate documents
· Handle project documents and related diligence related to the construction and operation of the projects
Required Qualifications:
· 1 to 3 years of general corporate experience
· Strong academic credentials
