We are working with a highly-regarded global law firm that has an immediate need for a corporate transactional lawyer to join its practice as a mid-level associate. Responsibilities:
· Represent private equity and venture capital funds, and public and private companies in venture, growth and other financings, private equity and M&A matters
· Draft transaction agreements and documents
· Negotiate deal terms
· Manage transaction closings and processes
· Collaborate with and oversee junior attorneys

Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of general corporate experience, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and debt finance transactions
· Excellent academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $420,000.
