About the Position:
We are working with a Midwest-based international law firm that has an immediate need for a corporate finance attorney (3+ yrs) to join its Chicago office as an associate. This practice represents clients in a range of range of financial matters, including complex financial transactions, corporate debt restructurings, and litigation matters.

Responsibilities:
· Work on a range of commercial finance transactions, including loan originations and real estate financings, for public and private companies, private equity funds and financial institutions

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of experience in corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions and borrowers in commercial transactions
· Experience drafting loan, security, intercreditor documents
· Experience with advising on covenant compliance
· Experience leading due diligence teams and managing specialists
· Top academic credentials and excellent writing skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000 – $315,000.
