Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters relating to federal securities laws
· Play a key role in transactions, including investment company reorganizations and mergers

Required Qualifications:
· 4-6+ years of experience with registered investment companies and advisers
· Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters regarding federal securities laws such as the Securities Act of 1933 and the Investment Company Act of 1940
· Excellent academic credentials
