Responsibilities:
· Simultaneously manage multiple corporate transactional matters
· Advise clients on a broad spectrum of corporate matters, with a focus on M&A, and complex corporate and financing transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of corporate transactional/M&A experience
· Experience with private equity and growth equity/venture capital matters
· Experience with use of representation and warranty insurance preferred
