We are working with a top global law firm that has an immediate need for a corporate lawyer to join its Chicago office as a junior to mid-level associate. Responsibilities:
· Counsel clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, and other corporate transactions
· Draft acquisition agreements and other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 3-6 years of corporate transactional experience, particularly with M&A and private equity
· Large law firm experience
· Top academic credentials
