Responsibilities:
· Advise clients with M&A transactions
· Represent parties involved in public and private company transactions, including shareholder activism and takeover defense

Required Qualifications:
· 4 to 7 years of significant M&A and public company experience
· Large law firm experience
· Top academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid flexibility)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 – $420,000.
