About the Position:
We are working with a dynamic midsize Chicago law firm that has an immediate need for a corporate M&A attorney (2-8 years of experience) to join the firm as an associate. This firm serves clients both locally and nationally, and clients range from start-up ventures to Fortune 20 corporations, including publicly and privately held corporations, government entities, educational institutions, not-for-profit entities, individuals, and entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities:
· Handle corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and other general business matters
· Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
· Perform due diligence

Required Qualifications:
· 2 to 8 years of corporate transactional experience, including M&A

Location:

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $165,000 – $205,000.
