This firm has a strong focus on middle-market clients and has represented both buyers and sellers in sophisticated M&A deals.

· Handle corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and other general business matters
· Represent clients in a range of industries, including family offices, technology, healthcare, and manufacturing

Required Qualifications:
. 3 or more years of corporate/M&A experience at a law firm
· Desire for a client-facing and dynamic middle-market practice

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $185,000 – $215,000.
