Our client is actively seeking a corporate attorney to join their Chicago office as an associate. This sophisticated international law firm is nationally ranked in numerous practice areas, including a Tier one ranking for Corporate Law and Energy Law and this global practice collaborates on some of the most innovative complex projects in the world. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of M&A experience, preferably in the renewable energy market. This is an incredible opportunity to join a thriving team of a global Am Law firm.

Required Qualifications:
· A minimum of four years of M&A experience, preferably in the renewable energy market or with project development, including construction and procurement
· Desire to work in renewable energy transactions a plus
