We are working with a Chicago-headquartered Am Law firm that has an immediate need for a corporate M&A attorney to join as a mid-level associate. The firm is a recognized leader in middle-market M&A transactions and represents clients ranging from private equity firms to start-ups with access to more than $1 billion in capital. Here, deals are staffed leanly and associates have access to a broader range of duties on each deal. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a true deal lawyer.

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of commercial transactional and M&A experience
· Experience representing private equity and venture capital clients
· Large law firm experience
· Excellent academic credentials
