Responsibilities:
· First chair corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and other general business matters
· Represent clients in a range of industries, including family offices, technology, healthcare, and manufacturing

Required Qualifications:
· Background and experience as law firm partner in a strong corporate transactions practice
. 10 or more years of experience, including M&A and business counseling
· Tax experience is preferred
· Desire for a client-facing and dynamic middle-market practice
