Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a corporate lawyer with strong M&A/PE experience (2-6 yrs) to join its leading practice as an associate in Chicago. This firm’s industry leading corporate practice handles high end, complex transactions and its outstanding team of attorneys has advised clients on more than 500 M&A deals worldwide in the past two years alone.

Responsibilities:
· Advise clients with M&A transactions
· Represent private equity sponsors in the acquisition and disposition of portfolio companies

Required Qualifications:
· 2-6 years of significant M&A and private equity experience
· Large law firm experience preferred
· Top academic credentials preferred

Chicago, IL (Hybrid flexibility)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $390,000.
