Our client, an elite international law firm with clients in over 70 countries, is seeking a corporate M&A and PE lawyer (4+ years of experience) to join its Chicago office as an associate. Responsibilities:
· Focus on mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, and other corporate and transactional matters
· Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements
· Supervise and train junior associates

Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of experience with M&A and private equity
· Experience taking a lead role in private equity and leveraged buyout transactions
· Strong academic credentials
