Our client, a prestigious Am Law 50 firm, is actively seeking a corporate M&A/PE attorney (4+ yrs) to join its Chicago office as an associate. Responsibilities:
· Provide advice to strategic buyers and sellers and/or private equity firms on M&A matters
· Advise private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on general day-to-day corporate matters
· Handle the full lifecycle of deals, including conducting due diligence, advising on corporate compliance, drafting corporate documents, and negotiating corporate matters

Required Qualifications:
· 4+ years of M&A and private equity transactions experience
· Background at an Am Law 100 firm or leading corporate law firm strongly preferred
· Top academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 – $420,000.
